on the road again

Between full time work plus full time school,  Alli has such a busy schedule— it must be easier to get Obama on the phone.  And he does way more photo ops.  Being fiercely independent, she almost never asks for anything.  So when she says jump, I say how high.

And that’s how I ended up, at her request, making a last-minute trip overnight.

Cost in time:  12 hours on the road

Being with my daughter and family friends I hadn’t seen for years:  Priceless
