I neglected to write about my Mother’s Day. But I wasn’t neglected.
V came through with chocolate. And though my kids were thousands of miles away, they bridged the distance with words—-on the phone, on cards, even on a pair of pajamas.
They know how much it matters to me and they let me know how much I matter to them.
My nest was empty on Mother’s Day but my heart was full.
And Daniel comes home from college this weekend. So I get to celebrate Mother’s Day all over again. For real.

Thank you!! There’s no greater gift for a mom than receiving love from her kids.

Great P.J.’s. Nothing much better than getting love from the kids and the hubby on Mother’s Day and reading the Sunday Times in your P.J’s. Your look says it all.

Guess I’m totally transparent. You’re right. All I need to make the picture complete is one of my kids. I get Daniel home tomorrow; Alli sent the great PJ’s.
